Dear BoyFun.com member, in order to cancel your membership, you will need to know your subscription ID, email address used at sign up, username and current password. If you have this information, you can select from the correct billing company your membership was processed under:

• if your subscription says RGNative and is a long string of numbers and letters, select Rocketgate below.
• if your subscription ID starts with a number 0 and only contains numbers, select CCBill below.
• If your subscription ID starts with a number 2, and only contains numbers, select Epoch below.

If you would like us to cancel your membership for you, or you are unsure what billing company you were billed through, then please send an email to support@eentsupport.com with a request to cancel your membership and we will handle this process for you. Please include the email address used to sign up with, and your first and last name on record.
